The Texas Alliance of Nonsubscribers (Alliance) is a nonprofit trade association comprised of responsible employers committed exclusively to protecting the right of Texas businesses to manage their occupational injury claims. Through its efforts to increase the understanding of nonsubscription, the Alliance works to preserve a choice of Texas employers that provides employees access to quality health benefits; receives high satisfaction rates from workers; and saves businesses millions of dollars each year. The nonsubscription option allows Texas businesses to utilize their savings to enhance the benefits and safety of their employees; expand their operations; and invest in their communities. All members of the Alliance are required to have a comprehensive occupational injury plan in place.
Nonsubscription can work for everyone and members of the Alliance want to ensure that the advantages it provides to employees, businesses, and our communities do not go away.
